Refunds & Cancellations
No refunds will be issued for online booked events or parties. If cancellation is made with 24 hour notice, a gift certificate in the amount will be issued for a future class, party booking or in studio use.
Bad Weather Policy
For the safety of staff and you, we reserve the right to cancel any event or party due to hazardous weather conditions. If you are unable to attend an event or party due to in climate weather contact us asap.
